Realign state boundaries for Oregon and Washington, going north to south through both states, dividing east from west.

There are significant political divisions and value differences between the eastern and western sides of both Washington and Oregon. The western sides of both states are much more liberal and are more populated and urban. This always seems to outweigh the voice of the people in the eastern areas of both states, leaning both states to liberal values. The voice of people in the eastern sides of both states, which are more rural and conservative, are therefore never heard and are significantly underrepresented. Changing the boundaries of these states to make "East" and "West" states would more appropriately allow the voice of the people.
