Strengthen the Registration and Licensing of all Fire-Arms and the related amunition. Use the similar "blue-print" of the States' Dept. of Motor-Vehicles with differentiation of class of Licence; as with Commercial Trucks, or motor-cycles, and ordinary auto-mobiles.
