Realistic Gun Control

I want to know why you think you can expect me to have less rights to protect my family than I had to support my country. My service was to ensure the rights of Americans were not taken away. Now you are trying to take those rights away. I have every right to protect my family as strongly as I protected our country! Why are you trying to take that right away from the people who have protected this country for over 200 years? Gun restrictions only restrict the law abiding American. I will support you 100% if you can remove guns from criminals...Until then I expect the right to defend myself. Local gangs have over 30 potentially violent, active members. I have the right to have a magazine to kill any gang that threatens my family. The Constitution gives us the right to defend ourselves.
