This is simple. Gun control at this moment is ridiculous. The system is extremely dangerous to citizens and legal residents the way it is. However, the right to carry guns and other weapons is the Second Amendment of our Bill of Rights. This means right-wing conservatives regardless of their political standpoint are not going to give up the admendment without a fight that they will probably end up winning. So instead I propose a compromise. As a realist, lets keep hunting rifles and revolvers, bows and arrows, and our hunting knifes and swords among the United States great and beautiful nation. But not semi-automatic and fully automatic weaponary of any kind. Technology that our forefathers could never have possibly known we were capable of creating.
