The Defense budget continues to grow above and beyond any other department while NASA continues to be skipped over on it's budget.
The Constellation program was cancelled due to a lack of promised funding and the American people won't tolerate the same thing happening to the SLS.
We should shift some funds from military R&D to NASA's SLS development to expedite our return to manned space flight.
