Reallocate defense funds to non-profit organizations with humanitarian missions who hire veterans

Created by S.H. on September 24, 2011

Allocate a percentage of impending reductions in the federal defense budget to non-profit organizations who hire veterans to fulfill humanitarian goals such as promoting peace through education and supporting health, education and welfare in poverty-stricken global communities.

Our veterans have honorably served and sacrificed for the people of our nation while experiencing the worst of humanity at war. They deserve an opportunity to find fulfilling employment bringing out the best in humanity while restoring the United States of America as the world’s leading force for good around the globe.
