We the people hereby acknowledge the geographical differences between not only state cost of living,but also counties for example:the differences between North FL & South FL. By effectively reducing the cost of corporate Gains tax from 39.6 percent to 25% would allow corporations to afford a geographical difference in wage,thus reducing poverty in large suburban/Metropolitan areas,by giving incentives to corporations that employee the majority,of the populace to hire more,at a higher wage will effectively give incentive for people to get off of government funded programs thus not only reducing the debt,creating a surplus far beyond the lost tax revenue,the control in order to control said wages would be given to each individual county commission.
