Both extremes, of the church, One saying ~Do not use the Lords name in vain~ or penalty. The other extreme hate speech against people who are no different; legally, morally, ethically and/or responsibly; speaking in context of the spirit of the Amendments of the United States Constitution.
Both of these COMBINE create the following infringements:

10th Amendment
11th Amendment
13th Amendment
14th Amendment
15th Amendment (in a very general sense)
19th Amendment
All in all, the separation of church and state, and the fair equal protection of its people, in a peacefully manner. UNRESTRICTED BY THE CHURCH.
