Reasonable & Practical Gun Control Laws for the 21st Century While upholding the intent of the 2nd Amendment.

1) Ban sale of magazines greater than 10 rounds
2) Close the loop hole that allows purchase without background check
3) Require a permit to buy rifles and shotguns
4) Concealed Carry Permits; require that the holder be re-certified annually by NRA instructor
5) Enforce current Laws
Minimum sentence of up to 5 years in min. security prison for gun owners recklessly failing to secure their firearms.
6) Schools; Implement strategic ERKs. Simple kits of combined Tear Gas & Concussion type of devie; at strategic points within the school.
7) Get community involved. 2nd shift personnel, disabled Police Officers; to staff a Safety Patrol in each school. In a 4 week month, you need 20 volunteers to give 1 day per month; and without any cost.
