reassert the tenth amendment of the Constitution and limit federal government to only the powers granted by Constitution

Created by J.C. on November 14, 2012

The tenth amendment states clearly that outside of the powers granted by the Constitution to the federal government, that everything else is under the power of the states. The federal government has been redefining those initial powers over the years to continually expand their power. It is because of this that we currently have such a divided nation since the regions/states are being continually forced to follow a socialistic centralized power structure that the founders did not wish this country to be. We have become the England that the originators of this country had fled from. It was and is through the balance of state's power vs federal power that we can get back on track to a country that actually represents all of its constituents.
