The US Government must acknowledge that the drug war has failed. All of the cash that goes into drug cartels' hands could instead go to the US government, reducing the national debt. US citizens must be allowed the pursuit of happiness promised in the Declaration of Independence. Citizens should be allowed to freely use all drugs in a non-violent manner.
