Rebecca Sedwick Act To force social media sites to end Cyber Bullying and harassment of women.

I hereby petition the Obama Administration
to hereby force the aFCC to force social media sites: Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Yahoo, LinkedIn and other social sites to hereby terminate an offenders access to the media platform which they were harassing an individual under the penalty of lawsuit by the injured party or being fined for criminal negligence. And hence turn this article into the Rebecca Sedwick Act.
