Reboot the government

We hereby petition the administration of the United States of America to shut down the current government system and create one anew, keeping the laws decided on by the supreme court. Then, keep the supreme court to handle the job of firing the rest of the people and hiring the people voted best to be in the various portions of the government. During the process, the government should unite as one, leaving behind the war between republicanism and democracy. There should no longer be such things as state power and federal power, but one power to be held upon all the states. Keep the identification system of states, it is what the people are used to, for which they can identify with. The main lawmaking system should stay whole. Time calls for the dusty book to finally be cleaned.
