Rebuild the nation's energy, water, and transportation infrastructure for a clean energy future to stop climate change.

Created by J.N. on November 08, 2012

Hurricane Sandy has laid bare the folly of a fossil fuel based energy infrastructure. The burning of fossil fuels for the past century has contributed mightily to the increase in ocean temperatures that create and sustain massive hurricanes. It's time to end the self-destructive path of burning coal in power plants, using too much gasoline to fuel our transportation network and polluting the land, air and water of our country with dangerous mining and drilling practices. A massive investment in rebuilding our nation's infrastructure will reduce pollution to the air, water and land, create and sustain new energy industries and provide good jobs on a far greater scale than continuing to drill for oil and mine for coal.
