Our nation's infrastructure needs rebuilding so that we can be a stronger nation. This will be costly I'm sure but the nation needs it. The money is the if we do the following;
1. Cut farm subsidies to all but small farms.
2. Cut oil subsidies.
3. Close tax loopholes.
4. Audit and cut wasteful spending in all departments.
If we do all this the money should be there to rebuild the infrastructure and still reduce the deficit.
