Recall the 113th Congress

The 113th Congress has failed the American people. We, the citizens of the United States of America, request recall elections for every Senator and Representative currently serving in Congress. Fives states will hold recall elections each month, so that over the course of 10 months all of the seats in Congress will have been filled. Incumbents will be prohibited from seeking re-election.
