Recall Bank Loans To Settle The Current National Debt Issue

Given that the GAO audit reported that banks were loaned a little over 16 trillion dollars between the years 2007 and 2010 and that our National deficit is approximately 16 trillion dollars, I propose a simple debt solution.

Recall that 16 trillion in loans that should have never been granted in the first place.
