Recall Congress to appoint a Surgeon General to deal with the Ebola crisis,and legislate solutions for the ISIS crisis.

Obama must recall congress in order to fill empty cabinet positions for Surgeon General, Attorney General and many other positions left unfilled due to irresponsible filibustering. The US needs solutions for handling the Ebola outbreak. The US needs diplomatic and military solutions for ISIS, but critical ambassador positions are left unfilled and congress has yet to vote to authorize and plan a military response. Those issues, along with many more, are being left undone, and even worse plan to remain undone until the new congress in 2015. This must not be allowed! Recall the congress to do their jobs!
