Sir, it's time.
We have been warring and skirmishing in the middle east since 1983. We went there and never left. Since then, hostilities toward us and to the rest of the free world have increased unabated and now, we face what will be the greatest threat of our time.
We are tired of war. It's left its mark on thousands of vets, and thousands of families have lost sons and daughters, wives and husbands, mothers and fathers to it. But, we know this recent activity of ISIL, ISIS, and their supporters will take all that sacrifice and put it to naught.
We are ready to stand again.
We need to draw that line in the sand, and take action. Recall Congress, Sir. Demand they set an ultimatum, and set a timeline for appropriate responsive actions including declaring war.
