Judge Milas “Butch” Hale is the creator and visionary behind a modern debtors prison. This conservative judge has sentenced a CANCER PATIENT, Lee Robertson, and a single woman, Nikki Petree, who is caretaking an ill elderly man, to PRISON for bouncing checks with denominations lower than $100. This judge is not only an insult to the criminal justice system but a criminal himself, abusing the system to illegally send poor and working class people to prison over petty fines. We are calling for his REMOVAL from his position as judge and his prosecution under the American judicial system.
