Recall Justice Clarence Thomas, and Justice
Antonin Scalia due to conflict of interest.
Justice Thomas and Justice Scalla went on a trip sponsored by the Citizens United. Justice Thomas's wife is head of the Tea Party. When Citizens United went in front of the court. Both Justices did not excused themselves because of conflict of interest from the Supreme Court . They went a head and voted.
We the people do not think these Justices should be on the beach. Therefore we are signing this petition.
