Recall Senators Maria Cantwell and Patty Murray for Oath of Office Violations

Petition to Recall U.S. Senator Patty Murray, (D) and U.S Senator Maria Cantwell (D) Washington: This petition is to the population of registered Washington State voters who disapprove of the actions of Senators Patty Murray, and Maria Cantwell and wish to officially recall Senators Murray and Cantwell from their elected positions as Senators from the State of Washington. The recall of elected officials is allowed under Washington law, pursuant to Washington Constitution Article I § 33, on the grounds of physical or mental lack of fitness, incompetence, violation of oath of office, official misconduct, or conviction of certain felony offenses. It is felt that Senators Murray and Cantwell have shown incompetence in their duties by failing to adequately represent the majority of Washington.
