If our votes in the United States contain fraud, then that would mean that our Representatives may or may not be legitimately holding their office that would otherwise be different from validated votes cast by U. S. citizens. Is this not fraud in itself ? Every person born within the U.S. is issued a certificate/verification of birth. Every person that becomes a citizen is issued a verification of citizenship.
If either of those documents are lost, a copy of them can be obtained. There is no excuse as to why our vote cannot be made legit through this system.
The U.S. Constitution , 15 Amendment does not state that our state or federal legislators cannot make a law that protects the U.S. CITIZENS VOTER RIGHTS by proof of citizenship.
