This petition is very important because my husband just died 6-24-16 I am 55 yrs old waiting on 2 appeal from social security on my own benefits and can not collect on my husbands till I turn 60. I have no income and now live with my daughter because I can not afford to even pay a 30.00 dollar phone bill. I have not work for 5 yrs my husband was the only one working supporting both of us. I can get food stamps but they won't pay my bills. I am entitled to benefits and feel it is wrong to make us wait. We should be able to start collecting immediately.
