As the Senate has consistently shown their absolute refusal to approve a great number of President Obama's judicial nominees, as well as nominees for other public offices that benefit the people of the United States, we hereby beseech the President to use his power and right to recess appoint all of these nominees in order to ensure that the work of the United States proceeds without further hindrance from a recalcitrant Senate.
