In light of the transgression of Rowan County Kentucky Clerk Kim Davis all Federal funding to the State of Kentucky must cease and all federal funds released in the last 365 days must be refunded to the US Government. Lawlessness by public officials in the State of Kentucky can no longer be tolerated and the people of the State of Kentucky must be punished by any and all economic sanctions.
