reciprocate pay raises and benefit (increases/cuts) of the military (serving and retired) to that of Congress.

It seems that Congress has no issue with giving themselves a pay raise or increase benefits, yet the military suffers. It is time that those elected for the people start serving the people in reciprocating manner.
