In the best interest of this country, Congress should mandate under the Jones Acts, requiring "All American Steam Ship Companies" to re-register those once U.S. Flagged vessel back under US register and to be crewed with American Seamen...Companies failing to meet the required mandate "Would forfeit all subsidies! Congressional action of this nature will restore the economy, back to it pre-existence prior to current conditions.
