Reclassify all forms of News media, TV, Newspapers, from entertainment to a group all their own. Require that all entities associated with dispersing of information to the public to take an oath to tell the true, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth on information the disperse to the people under threat of perjury with the same consquence as if they were testifying in a court of law.
