We, The People of the United States of America, formally request that all members of Congress be re-classified as employees of their home States and Districts, such that all of their Income and Behaviors while in Office may be more closely scrutinized by the people whom they represent. It is further proposed that all decisions regarding the Wages of members of the United States Congress be determined by their Constituents, to prevent corruption, graft, and Elitism.
The Congress works for the good of The People, and at the pleasure of The People. It stands to reason that, like any other Employer, The People should have tight control over the wages and benefits their employees receive, dependent upon their competence and performance of their duties.
