We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Reclassify Cannabis

Created by N.B. on August 08, 2016

In 1972 the National Commission on Marijuana and Drug Abuse recommended that cannabis be legalized. Instead, Nixon disregarded the recommendations of his own appointed commission. Cannabis remains a Schedule I classification.
By Executive Order, Marijuana is removed from all drug Scheduling for medical purposes. Marijuana, for recreational usages, will be treated as alcohol.
Because Marijuana is a plant, for medicinal purposes, it will not be regulated for profit by corporations or individuals. Marijuana may be supplied by pharmaceuticals under controls of the Food and Drug Administration but will not prohibit individual rights to grow and process marijuana for personal use. Recreational purposes, can be sold and taxed but will not prohibit individuals from 'grow your own' freedom.
