Reclassify internet service providers (ISPs) as common carriers to protect Net Neutrality.

Created by R.A. on September 21, 2014

The internet was built on competition between companies on a level playing field. ISPs are purposing ending this policy to install "fast lanes." This means that the ISPs wish to force content creators to pay a premium to keep current speeds while start-up companies who cant afford to pay are slowed to the point where they become unusable.
