By leaving medical marijuana up to the states, we are allowing millions of sick people without access to the best medicine to suffer. By reclassifying on a federal level we are showing that marijuana is medicine for the masses, not "having no medical value" and being "highly addictive".
23 states and D.C. currently have medical marijuana; how can it be said that it has no medical value?
