Reclassify medical marijuana from being a Schedule I drug to a Schedule II drug

Created by J.P. on March 12, 2014

As seen through obvious medically approved uses by many states in America, and even documented cases, such as on Dr. Gupta's CNN report "Weed" and "Weed 2", marijuana is by far one of the most medically benefiting substances in the world. A naturally occurring plant, rather than a synthetic drug created by a pharmaceutical company, marijuana is the answer to almost endless ailments and could help save many lives. Marijuana is medically beneficial and needs to be labeled as such.
