Reclassify "Street Gangs" and other similar types of criminal organizations as Terrorist Groups and pursue them as such.

We have many laws such as the NDAA that help authorities pursue and punish known terrorist groups with impunity yet we let "Street Gangs" and Mobs and such kill, rape, murder, terrorize Americans every day due to mere semantic difference in what these groups are called by name. Please sign this petition if you'd like these criminal organizations to be reclassified as Terrorist Groups and pursued as such. Stop shacking them up in nice comfy taxpayer funded prisons where all they do is grow stronger and more connected. These people need to be seen as enemy combatants and not civilians that merely disobey the law.
