Mr. President,
I petition you, to recognize the 10th Amendment right, of the fifty sovereign States, and the will of the American people. To nullify unconstitutional federal firearm laws. That we feel, unfairly restricts our natural right of self defense, and unalienable right to keep and bear arms. Afforded to us under the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
2nd Amendment - U.S. Constitution:
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
10th Amendment - U.S. Constitution:
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
