The 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America states that the right to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. By creating federal laws to enforce banning guns, the Obama administration has ignored the supremacy clause of the Constitution and placed their own agenda higher than the supreme law of the land.
Only by repealing all of the federal firearms restrictions can the Obama administration be in compliance with the Constitution, the supreme law of the land.
