Recognize that all 12 of the Bill of Rights original amendments are ratified, and to stand by that Ratification.

For those of you that don't know, our country actually had 12 original amendments to the Consititution from the Bill of Rights. Free Speech wasn't considered the most important, Representation for the people was! We currently are unrepresented in the House of Representatives per Article the First (The Apportionment Amendment). We are asking the President to stand up for the Constititution and declare to Congress that Article the First is ratified and needs to be followed so that the people can have Representation in the house. One Representative for every 50,000 people. The current Congressional districts are unconstitutional. 80% of the states at 15 states voting, voted for this article to become law.
