We, the American citizens of Puerto Rico, living on the Mainland demand equality. We demand that our American citizens on the mainland and born in Puerto Rico have their right to vote restored in order to influence Puerto Rico's future.
On the Island side; we demand equality. That the American citizens living on the Island be permitted to vote for the PRESIDENT of the United States and for Congress [who the Commonwealth will have to answer to].
A system that cannot provide streetlights cannot provide safety.
