Recognize and change federal laws regarding Medical and Industrial use of Marijuana.

Created by E.T. on August 01, 2014

The legitimate use of Marijuana as medicine, in industry, and as a food source, should be recognized and further study and development encouraged. Marijuana strains can be developed with a negligable THC content (a recreational drug), and an increased CBD content (a medicine.) Private Industry and Small Business can provide research and development but current law makes this effort criminal in most states and at the Federal level. Federal and State laws should be adjusted to reflect the legitimate opportunities that exist in this agribusiness.
