Female breasts have exclusively been censored by the FCC for appealing to the 'prurient interest' thus falling under the category of obscene (or illegal) broadcast material by the FCC. Prurient being defined by oxford dictionary as "Having or encouraging an excessive interest in sexual matters". This implication of natural female anatomy as purely sexual is a biased subtlety. The regulation regards a women's body as merely an object of sexual interest, to be covered up when non-sexualized 'decency' is required. We ask the Obama Administration to recognize this glaring flaw in equality and encourage the correction and defining FCC regulations.
