Recognize and place a 10 to 1 Value on the Iraq Dinar to allow dinar to be traded within the US banks and Forex.

I am petitioning the revaluation of the Iraq dinar because I believe that this will fix the US debt crisis. The tax revenue that can be generated for the US government when Americans cash in their Iraq dinar should have a great impact to the US national debt.
