Recognize and protect security officers. We have so many laws to protect police and other emergency responders.

Security officers have a bigger role in life than what most think. Many times the are the first ones someone sees at a bank, hospital etc. and have been killed before police arrive. The work harder than what the are given credit for and go through quite a few classes, training to be prepared in life. The should have some type of recognition and law to protect them. Many are even armed these days to protect themselves (hopefully). In some areas the work with your local responders and help keep your community just as safe. Security isn't the same security it was in 1999 the are mistaken many times as police officers.
