Recognize Andres Amian Gómez as High Level representant of Cuban Dissidents and Oppositors in Cuba for US-Cuba Dialogue

From march 9, 2008 Gómez applyed after the call for Political Dialogue made by Raul Castro, to represent the Cuban people voice and interests face to the high level spheres of the political dialogue.
President Castro has been making it just with other Chiefs of States or Government from Latin America and Europe, but not with independent leaders of the Cuban people.
So that, Prof. Gómez proclamed -on January 10, 2011- the State of free Cubans named “Republic of Antilles” –after José Martí- and started to call Castro for a Chief-of-State to Chief-of-State political dialogue, for introducing to the official schedule the claim for Democracy and Freedom of Cuban people.
This PETITION is for President Barack Obama to recognized publically Andres Amian Gómez as The Representant of Cuban people.
