Recognize Anti-Gay-Marriage Laws as Discrimination

Created by E.D. on December 20, 2011

Refusing a couple rights to marriage is discrimination based on sexual orientation. Due to state and federal discrimination laws, this is illegal and should be recognized as such. It should be just as illegal to refuse a LGBT person a marriage license as service at a restaurant or a job.
