Recognize any cyber attack on critical infrastructure or a citizen as an act of war; and be treated as such.

As we grow more into the twenty first century we are growing evermore dependent on technology. With this dependency our citizens, private business and other economic entities are left at risk in many capacities. I would like to have the federal government to state to the world that when a government or a government sanctioned entity attacks a citizen, private entity or critical infrastructure as an act of war and be treated as such.
