To recognize that any fee or tax levied against firearms is an infringement of the 2nd amendment

This petition is a petition to resend all taxes and fees associated with the sale and possession of firearms, ammunition, parts and compensates of both.
This petition holds that the taxation and fees levied against firearms is in direct conflict with the second amendment. Fees and taxes against a constitutional right are in the nature of the Stamp Act of 1765, in that they raise the cost of Arms, A constitutional right, out of the financial reach of many legal American citizens.
Buy such means as taxes and fees the ownership of arms is relegated to the realm of a privilege of the wealthy, and not a right of the people.
Therefore any such tax is itself unconstitutional.
