Recognize black people as a special needs race

as we all know 75% of crime is because of the black race, this dosent change. they have very poor vocabulary and are certian nigger rhymes with nigger. They are very moved by music yet all they sing of is sex and with that believe they need to repopulate the earth. They are clearly a special needs race. They should have there own schools, public transportation, ect. this will ensure that they will be taught that nigger does not indeed rhyme with nigger and there will be no reason to have sex with any thing that moves unprotected
