Recognize the Central Intelligence Agency as an organized crime syndicate

Acknowledging that the CIA has illegal spied on US citizens since 1959. That the CIA illegally smuggled and sold narcotics in the US. That the CIA illegally spied on congress. That the CIA has and continues to target domestic political activists. That the CIA has illegally conducted medical experiments on non consenting citizens to exam the effects of interrogation techniques and mind altering narcotics. That the CIA seems to have no accountability to any democratically elected authority, nor to it's own charter. That the CIA has illegally overthrown countless democratic regimes worldwide, and has committed war crimes. That the CIA is implicated in many other criminal acts. Hereby, we compel the President to recognize the CIA as a rogue criminal organization and to treat it as such.
