The Cheeseburger, or burger for those who are lactose intolerant, should be recognized as the official food of the United States. In every burger joint in America you can find people from all races, religions and backgrounds who are brought together by their love of burgers. It is a food that brings people together and unites Americans. The burger can also be vegan and vegetarian friendly and therefore leaves no one out of experiencing its' truly unifying magnificence. President Obama, please ensure that this most American of foods is recognized as a national treasure.
